Supervision

A critical piece of my professional journey has been my use of consistent supervision. The impact this supervision has had on my work, my knowledge base, skill set and approach with clients is immeasurable. I value supervision as part of an ongoing process of professional development.

I bring my experience in supervision to providing supervision to social workers seeking LCSW licensure, or social workers or other mental health professionals seeking general professional development. I can work with you around issues that you are faced with in your work, how they impact you, your use of self in the work, and your approach to clients and to self-care, agency pressures, and what your emerging needs may be as you develop professionally.
